"Absolutely nothing bad to say about their class!"

Which bring me to my review……. First of all I will tell you up front that I am all about an honest review! Secondly, I will tell you that I have absolutely nothing bad to say about their class! I left that class with a recharged sense of knowledge, excitement and greater passion for photography than I have had in several years!  Photography has been my only source of income for 19 years now and I really needed this. 

 A few details that I loved about their class….. 

I don’t like a lot of wasted time and they didn’t do that. The class stayed on schedule and organized, therefore we were able to get a lot done. 

Their energy level and personalities were incredible!  (Kelly gets tickled over little automated things that a computer can do and will jump and dance like a little girl, be sure to watch for that!) 

I loved the fact that after they would show us how to do something, they would then push us to recreate what they had done. So often you write down facts and wait until later to practice them, that didn’t happen during their class.

People tell you all the time “there is no dumb question”, until you ask one and they give you the “sideways weird face”. That didn’t happen with these two. They were very open to answering questions. (Even silly ones).

 (I could list more details but not everyone wants to read a book ! – besides, I don’t want to make their heads to big !)

Bottom line, not only are they great artist but also very effective instructors that I would highly recommend.

A life Changing Experience... 

I can’t say enough good things about Kelly and Kalina as talented artists and wonderful people. Shooting with them as a novice model was the most amazing photography experience I’ve ever had. From the initial communication, to the shoot, to after the shoot. Everything was fun, easy, and professional. They’re swift to respond to phone calls or messages, insanely knowledgeable, respectful of my time, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. Their home studio is beautiful, top quality, clean, and welcoming. Kelly is very respectful of my comfort level and I felt so safe and confident during my boudoir photo session. He kindly and patiently coached me on how to position my body and show my face to get the best shot. His creative style is something only a master of his craft could come up with and execute so flawlessly. I could not have asked for a better experience. Kalina is just as amazing. Her vision for such a unique creative concept was clear, well communicated, and her direction of what she wanted was easy to understand. She made me believe I was that character we were imagining. Her hand crafted style of the outfit was breathtaking. Her imagination is so vast, I could have talked to her for hours about photography concepts. Kelly and Kalina are truly a dynamic duo and so gifted in what they do. Their talent goes well beyond just the photograph itself and you won’t ever regret booking them for your photography needs. I truly look forward to shooting with them in the future and they’ve inspired a new passion and confidence that I didn’t even know I so strongly had. When I started planning for my wedding I had no idea of what style of wedding I wanted to go with. I went with a friend of mine one day to Washington DC Wedding Photographer KSFinearts to see what they had to offer and was very pleasantly surprised with their wedding portfolio. The photos captured so much beauty and were so unique that I was very intrigued to find out more. I was very lucky to be able to speak with Kelly one of the photographers who was very easy to talk to and friendly. Right away I felt a connection and told her what I was looking for, when my wedding was and she was able to answer every question and made me feel very comfortable about hiring KSFinearts for my wedding. First of all Ksfinearts is a Certified Wedding Photographer and both Kelly and Kalina are very helpful and provided me with outstanding service for my wedding. They went way above and beyond what I thought that a photographer would do for a wedding, they were very involved in their portrait taking and were actually taking photos from all different angles; which sometimes meant they were on the floor looking up or laying down on their sides. Our chemistry was great we had no difficulties and I felt as though Kelly and Kalina were guests at our wedding instead of the photographers. The quality of their pictures is excellent and I couldn’t have asked for more. They were extremely professional and they took photos that were not posed they were all taken of everybody doing normal or natural movements. Therefore, none of my pictures were posed. The photos were so elegant and magnificent. They were able to capture the most amazing parts of my wedding and I am so grateful for the services KSFinearts provided me they are worth every penny. KSFinearts is the best and has a great artistic ability to catch the perfect moment on film. I would definitely use this service again for my photograph needs and have recommended them too many people. Hiring KSFinearts for my wedding was one of the best choices I have ever made in my life!! I can not begin to explain how well Kelly and Kalina captured each and every moment with such intricate detail and thoughtfulness. Not only was it an emotional experience--Kelly made it so much fun that we were beaming throughout the process (and not just from getting married)! They were very punctual and timely in getting some initial images to us to be able to share with family and friends! Nick and Erin ParkerNick and I were given Kelly and Kalina’s name by our best man who had worked with Kelly and Kalina for their engagement photos. We were able to see a sneak peek of this engagement photos and feel in the love with Kelly and Kalina’s photography style. We contacted Kelly and Kalina soon after and received an immediate response. After a few e-mail exchanges, we knew we found the right photographer for our wedding. Kelly and Kalina made the entire process as easy as possible for us. We thought we would never have engagement photos taken due to cost and time (since we don’t live local to the DC area); however, Kelly and Kalina flexed to our schedule and included engagement photos in our total cost. We were comfortable with them moments after meeting them. We received electronic proofs of the most gorgeous engagement photos one day after the engagement session. These photos became the foundation of our wedding website and were used at our wedding. They sent us all of the engagement photos on a CD a week later. Prior to our wedding, Kelly and Kalina took it upon themselves to drive the two hours to our wedding location (St. Michaels, MD) in order to scope out the grounds of the bed and breakfast where our wedding took place. On our wedding day, Kelly and Kalina arrived earlier than planned to ensure they captured both me and my groom getting ready. Again, they made everything so easy and provided a sense of calmness in what is, as every bride knows, usually a high stress atmosphere. They stayed the entire wedding, nearly 10 hours, and even captured us leaving our wedding reception together as husband and wife which was used as our Christmas card this past year. Not only did they capture every single moment of the most important day of my life (about 500+ photos worth), but in a way that captures the romantic and joyful essence of the day. I remember scrolling through the proofs and each photo was more beautiful than the next. Deciding on album photos would be difficult due the flawlessness of each photo; however, Kelly and Kalina also made this process extremely efficient and effortless. All we had to do was provide them with the photos we liked which ended up being nearly all the proofs they provided. Before we knew it, the most gorgeous thick leather bound wedding album with our names and wedding date arrived on our doorstep. I’ve looked through the album countless times and notice something new each time. The attention to detail, time and effort they took for perfect placement of each photo is incredible. They were not only able to capture the most elegant photos from our wedding day but they were able to create an extraordinary album filled with breathtaking photos that will serve as the happiest memories of our lives. In addition to the album, we also received prints of our favorite photos and a few select larger prints. Lastly, everything was included in one set price that we found to be very affordable and my husband’s service to this country was recognized with a military discount. We absolutely loved working with them and still maintain a relationship with them today. We have and will continue to recommend their exceptional wedding photography to friends and family.

All my wedding images are incredible. It was hard to even narrow down to the top 100 favorites for our album. If I had to choose, I'd say a closeup from our "first look" shoot where I am smiling so big and my husband is kissing my cheek. It is so genuine and this picture literally makes everyone smile.Kelly and Kalina basically became a part of the family. Everyone absolutely loved talking to them which made our friends and family comfortable and ultimately I think this is what made their work so top notch! They are so friendly and really engaged our wedding party, family, and friends and a personal level. They were great all around with formals, candids, details, etc. Photography is a passion for Kelly & Kalina and this is so clear in the way they interacted with our guests and us. They arrived hours early and everything they do is above and beyond what you would expect. They do everything with such personality & style.We got one of their basic packages which started with an engagement shoot. They are a husband and wife team so there are the two of them and they each bring unique talents to their photos. We got a full 8 hours of coverage, and Kelly and Kalina were going to arrive when the girls were getting dressed. They actually showed up to the hair salon hours several hours early completely unannounced and unpaid for- they are seriously the best! Our package also included an album (beautiful leather bound), DVD of high res images, wedding website which posted our engagement photos and was a great way for me to communicate wedding info to the guests. Kalina even hand delivered our prints which are beautiful. They completely went above and beyond in every aspect of the package.Our guests all LOVED Kelly & Kalina and are still talking about how much fun our photographers were (6 months post wedding!). Kelly & Kalina recently shot our whole wedding weekend. As they worked, our friends, family and guests raved about what a wonderful job they were doing and asked where we found them. I am blown away

I am still going through the pictures on the site. Can I just say how I am blown away I am by the pics you captured. At first, I was a little unsure of what kind of pictures we would get because the wedding was a little different. But as I am going through the pics, I see that instead of standard wedding shots that you see in most portfolios, what makes our pictures so special and unique is in each one, you captured the moments of the wedding. This is really what I wanted. Each picture takes me back to a point and time in the wedding and it makes me smile. It was such a happy day. I appreciate your hard work.

What was your favorite wedding photo?I loved all my wedding pictures but our portraits stood out the most! Kelly is a great photographer and without Kalina my wedding shoot would not be the same. KSFinearts workshop - such a rewarding experience!

If you want to take your images to the Fine Art level, I HIGHLY recommend Kelly Schneider’s Fine Arts Glamour/Boudoir Workshop! What an amazing experience! A weekend jam packed with nothing but HANDS-ON instruction. No better way to learn than to DO it yourself. The day started at Union Station, DC where Kelly demonstrated each session from concept of the shoot, to lighting, to composition, to taking the shot! He coached each of us individually, then teamed us up. He and and his gorgeous wife Kalina guided us through our shoots, as we each took turns being photographer and lighting assistant (PS everyone should learn to be a lighting assistant). We continued later that day with more of the same back at his beautiful studio for GLAM/Boudoir shoots. I lost count on how many beautiful models were involved, but what an awesome selection! They were so professional and pleasant to work with - even in the below freezing conditions!!! As if Day 1 wasn't enough, the next day we came back to the studio to learn how to edit the images we took, turning them into Fine Art pieces. All of us were at various levels of experience with photoshop, but Kelly and Kalina provided such a wealth of knowledge in one day, we ALL walked away with BADASS images!!! Trust me when I say I avoided Photoshop like the plague - now I have the confidence to explore more! Oh and did I say, Kelly and Kalina give the best gifts at their workshops?!! How's about a brand new eVOLV 200, a Bowens Mount, AND a Softbox for the winning image below!!! Not too shabby, huh? Thank you Kelly, Kalina Schneider, Danny Douglas, the MUAs, all the beautiful models, and my fellow photographers for making this such a rewarding experience!!

Hi all...I'm compelled to randomly post, figuring it's a "safe" space. Kelly and all of you have been a great inspiration. Long story short: the last several years I've tried to "shed" my ID as a photographer (30 years this year) because I lost my mojo as midlife hit. I pivoted to women's life and business coaching, but still serving some long time photo clients. But when photography is your calling IT pursues YOU. Thanks to 1. my open heart (finally) listening to the nudge and 2. the timing of Kelly and Kalina in NE Pa in May teaching; I'm falling BACK in love with my lifelong craft again and am re-configuring and reinventing what that all looks like with my coaching now- my goal from the start and never could quite grasp. Ironically it was all there right in front of me all along. Thank you all for beautiful work that inspires...soon I'll be back and this style is my jam!
